N-HJT (N-type Heterojunction Cell) Technology
By combining three photovoltaic materials - crystalline silicon, amorphous silicon and transparent conductive oxide film - heterojunction solar panels can maximize production and energy efficiency, allowing better electron-hole separation and reduces energy loss. N-HJT cells can achieve efficiencies of 25% and perform well in high-temperature environments due to a favorable temperature coefficient (-0,243%/C°. Each cell requires only 4 manufacturing steps, streamlining the process and reducing production costs.

N-TOPCon

N-TOPCon (N-Type Tunneling Oxide Cell) Technology
The ultra-thin oxide layer on the back of the cell facilitates the tunneling of electrons into the absorber polycrystalline silicon layer, functioning as an absorber layer mainly responsible of converting light beam into electricity. N-TOPCon technology combines the advantages of PERC and HJT, ensuring excellent resistance in harsh environments and state of the art performances in terms of bifaciality.
